5. Share Your Success

January is not only the beginning of the New Year but often the beginning of a new plan or a strategy. People and businesses tend to revisit the year before, look at the downfalls and successes and create new steps going forward!

When you do this exercise, share with your audience the successes and failures you had in 2021. They can learn from both. Take them behind the curtain and show them the steps you took and what you’ve learned from them. They will love you for it 😉

6. Steps Going Forward

Just like sharing your past success, you can give your audience an idea of what the New Year 2022 will look like for you and your business.

Start with revisiting your business goals and your business strategy and let your people know what it’s going to look like for you.
